Reverse Atomizer Sprayer is very suitable for spraying all kinds of gardens

Complete covering of leaf and stem surface of trees with suitable volume of produced air and spraying of nozzle powder

• Polyethylene poison tank with 800and 1000-liter capacity, equipped with system washing tank and hand-washing tank, valved lid, resistant to sunlight
• Turk hydraulic steerer, poison tank’s level meter, Turk Tee valve,
• Fan’s diameter of 800 and 900mm equipped with reverse system.
• Even wind distribution in the whole surface of the fan and subsequently similar wind exit from all grids
• Suctioning air coming from the fan’s back prevents dust, soil, branches, and leaves of trees from entering into the fan, equipped with two fixed fans and one moving fan, with regulatable valves directing wind for regulating the angle and direction of poison spray.
• Equipped with spray terminal for even distribution of poison between all nozzles and subsequently same poison exit from nozzles
• 10m width of spray from each side and 8m upwards
• Fan’s pieces fully consist of bent and laser cut sheets with 2-, 3- and 5-mm thickness.
• Equipped with a large two-speed fan round riser gearbox
• Ability to install fan 800 and 14 two-head anti-drip nozzles made of brass with powdery and even poison spray, and fan 900 with 16 two-head anti-drip nozzles made of brass with powdery and even poison spray
• All hoses used in the fan and chassis are high-pressure hoses with one steel wire layer

Reverse atomizer sprayer chassis mounted

• Very strong chassis, standard mount system equipped with automatic lock for easy and secure connection of sprayer to the tractor and automatic regulator valve handle
• Chassis pieces are fully made of bent and laser cut sheets with 5, 8, and 12mm thickness
• Steel wheel for easy displacement of device
• Hose reel and one 5-layer hose ring and lance
• Turk filling system, Turk valved filter 220, Turk 80cm shaft
• Two brass-made sand fillers are separately installed to inject poison into the nozzles at the left and right hands of the fan.
• Fan’s body and chassis are coated with six epoxy primer layers and six layers car grey metallic color.
• Comet 121 Italy diaphragm pump with 50 bar pressure and flow rate of 114 liters per minute
• Ability to install Italian Comet 145 diaphragm pump with 50 times pressure and flow rate of 142 liters per minute.
