• 2000-liter polyethylene poison tank, equipped with system washing tank and hand-washing tank resistant to sunlight, poison tank’s level meter
• Valved lid, Turk hydraulic steerer, tee valve of Turk poison tank
• The sprayer’s wing length of 18m and its spraying width of 25m equipped with 36 nozzles made of brass with tall stands and valved anti-drip filter and 2 nozzles increasing poison spraying length
• Hoses used in the wing are threaded hoses with 10mm diameter and 5 layers.
• The polyethylene poison pipe has brass-made fittings to install poison hoses.
• Equipped with valve and 5 outlets for separate hoses for each part of the wing and connecting lance to the sprayer
• Turk valved filter 220 and four brass-made sand fillers equipped with drain valves in the poison inlet into the wings
• Turk hose reel roller, Turk wide-angle shaft, Turk filling system
• Adjusting wing height up to 120cm from the product surface through a hydraulic process

All-hydraulic wing sprayer chassis

• Trailed chassis with two standard connection points for easy connection to the tractor and proper controllability following the tractor and connecting two points. The drawbar can be regulated in a sliding process.
• Chassis pieces are fully made of laser-cut parts with 5, 8, 12, and 20mm thickness
• High-round 80cm shaft with forged yokes and high resistance
• The hoses used in the chassis are high-pressure hoses with two steel wire layers.
• The chassis has an axle with spring and the wheel with a regulatable height of up to 18cm in the vertical direction within two modes and adjusting the horizontal distance between the wheels in 3 modes
• Equipped with two Turk-wide tires and one pair of tractor mudguards to prevent mud from splashing on the machine.
• Wings and shaft are coated with six epoxy primer layers and six layers car grey metallic color.   Ability to install diaphragm pumps 96 pressure crack 50 bar and flow 88 liters per minute
• Bertolini poly 2150 pump with 15 bar pressure and flow of 150 liters per minute
• Bertolini PPS100 Italian pump with 40 bar pressure and 95 liters per minute flow
